Location           :    Riverview Waterpark

Meeting Place before Departure:    Athletic Bowl - Sports Office grounds. Jeep will wait at the front office of the Sports Office. 

Note: Please check itinerary upon enrollment for changes of the meeting place before departure. 

Course Description:  

    Class will focus on basic swimming skills for beginners. 

Essential swimming skills include:

• being able to enter the water and then resurface, 
• controlling, 
• breathing, 
• floating, 
• turning, and 
• moving safely into the water and then exiting. 

FREEBIE Advanced Classes:

• Personal Survival
• Self Rescue 
• Basic Water Safety
• Using a swimming vest
• Using other swimming equipment. 
• Basic Rescue Skills
• First Aid

FREE USE OF EQUIPMENT: 

• Pullbouy when needed
• Swimming Vests
• Life Bouy
• Stretchers
• Others that coaches will bring. 

•Ages Allowed in this Class:

Class 3:      8-13 years old                   

Class 4:      14 years old and above    

Personal Equipment Needed to Bring / you can order from us: 

• Goggles
• Head / Swimming Cap
• Rush Guard / Swim Suit
• Kickboards

Coaches are accredited and certified coaches from the City of Baguio and the Philippine Life Savers - Baguio. 

Cost Inclusions:

• Meals: 3B/ 3L / 3D / 6 Snx;
• Professional Coaches;
• Resort Swimming Pool Fees;
• Resort Swimming Pool Services (life guards and other equipment on standby);
• Resort Lodging (Rooms)
• Transportation to resort (meet up at downtown Baguio);
• Transportation going home shall be house to house when house is in Baguio / LT only;
• Graduation Tokens;
• Certification from Organizer and Coaches;

6pm  - End of Class

7pm  - Dinner

One of the pools great for recreation in La Union, here we practiced toddlers to swim. 

Bigger classes need bigger will be conducted at bigger pools as shown in other posts.
